Finally--a post!

Well, the first week of blogging didn't go so well, did it? Nary a post! I was busy keeping up with the demise of Galileo, reading about a proposed space elevator , and oh, yes, doing a little writing. Finished a first edit of "Through Other's Eyes" and wrote a couple thousand more words on last year's NaNoWriMo novel. My goal is to have the first draft finished by next writing group meeting, so that I can produce it with a flourish and stun everyone who thought I wouldn't finish it before this year's WriMo challenge. Will it happen? Not if I spend all my time blogging...
