Slogging continues apace

My characters seem to be taking a long time to get to an important conversation, but at least they're moving. Passed the 33.5k mark tonight, which proves that it is indeed persistence and not necessarily inspiration that gets novels written. Once again I will not be getting up early in the morning to write, but once again I am simply pleased that I haven't fallen behind.

Sometimes that's enough to let you lay your head on the pillow with a good feeling.
